On the weekend Bálint Caesar hold a presentation about Event and People Management in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The topic of the presentation was how to motivate, how to work with people, and how to organize a project or an event which enabled the participants to improve their proposals, to improve their countries.
The 4 days long event was organised by Humanity in Action Bosnia and Herzegovina. The reason of the presentation was that on behalf of AEGEE-Budapest he participated in “The new Democratic Wo/Men of the Western Balkans” project funded by the International Visegrad Fund.
The aim of the project was to increase the awareness of democratic processes among youth of the Western Balkans and enhance youth participation in policy-making processes.
