On the weekend B\u00e1lint Caesar hold a presentation about Event and People Management<\/strong> in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The topic of the presentation was how to motivate, how to work with people<\/strong>, and how to organize a project<\/strong> or an even<\/strong>t which enabled the participants to improve their proposals, to improve their countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 4 days long event was organised by Humanity in Action Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/a>. The reason of the presentation was that on behalf of AEGEE-Budapest he participated in “The new Democratic Wo\/Men of the Western Balkans<\/a>” project funded by the International Visegrad Fund<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project was to increase the awareness of democratic processes <\/strong>among youth of the Western Balkans and enhance youth participation in policy-making processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
