This year, Budapest will serve as the starting point for the routes and the training location for the ambassadors between 8-16th April, 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for 3 enthusiastic members to organize this training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The organizers\u2019 <\/em><strong><em>responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><em> are:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>communication with the international project team<\/li><li>providing warm meals and accommodation&nbsp;<\/li><li>finding possible venues for the trainings<\/li><li>Organizing programs (sightseeing, European Night etc.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Freshman Camp\/Afternoon<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the improvement of the coronavirus situation, we would like to have a Freshman Camp or afternoon again this year to help integrate new members into the organization. To accomplish this, we are looking for 2 flexible organizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The organizers\u2019 <\/em><strong><em>responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><em> are:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two main organizers are responsible for preparing the programs, communication and catering tasks with the support of the Vice President for Internal Relations. They are also responsible for setting up and coordinating the helper team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Recruitment period promotion team<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the spring semester recruitment to be successful, we are looking for enthusiastic members who are willing to intensively help the organization during that month to reach as many potential new members as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The promo team\u2019s <\/em><strong><em>responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><em> are:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>posting promo materials online during the recruitment period<\/li><li>writing creative&nbsp; posts<\/li><li>searching for other universities Facebook groups<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Summer University Core Team<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to AEGEE-Europe&#8217;s expectations, it will be possible to hold Summer Universities in the summer of 2021, therefore the Board needs an enthusiastic, creative and dedicated Core Team of organizers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For 2021, the board is announcing the following <strong>main positions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Main Coordinator<\/strong>: coordinator and motivator of the team<\/li><li><strong>Incoming Responsible<\/strong>: keeping in contact with the participants<\/li><li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong>: the event\u2019s financial responsible&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Logistics Coordinator<\/strong>: responsible for executing the planned programs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are applying to be a member of the SU Core Team we would like you to include the following in your motivation letter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>which position(s) would you like to apply for?<\/li><li>why would you be suitable for the Core Team and the position(s)?<\/li><li>what previous experiences would help you in organizing the SU?<\/li><li>what program ideas do you have for the SU?<\/li><li>have you participated in a SU before?
