The Social Event WG is coordinated by the Social Event Coordinator and is responsible for organizing internal events for our community, including but not limited to events such as team buildings, thematic parties, LTCs and the Alumni Gala. Of course, organizing social gatherings with a more relaxed tone is also essential in the team-building process!<\/p>\n
Specific tasks of the WG\u2019s members include:<\/p>\n

The Exchange WG is coordinated by the Exchange Coordinator and is responsible for organizing the incoming and outgoing exchanges of the association.<\/p>\n

FUNDRAISING WORKING GROUP<\/h2>\n
The Fundraising WG is coordinated by the FR Responsible Board Member and is responsible for helping the FR Responsible. With its work, the WG\u2019s main job is to create the financial base necessary for the organization by reaching out for corporate sponsorships, and grants, along with managing internal fundraising.<\/p>\n
Specific tasks of the WG\u2019s members include:<\/p>\n

- Looking for and interacting with potential sponsors<\/li>\n
- Organizing and facilitating the organization\u2019s CSR (Corporate Social

\nPUBLIC RELATIONS FIELD<\/h1>\n
PR WORKING GROUP<\/h2>\n
The PR WG is coordinated by the PR Coordinator and is responsible for determining the overall design of our organization’s appearance and creating new design elements according to the rules of our visual identity. They are in charge of maininting our social media accounts and creating designs for it.<\/p>\n
Specific tasks of the WG\u2019s members include:<\/p>\n

- Creating the designs mostly for our social media posts and Facebook
\nevents<\/li>\n - Coming up with merch designs<\/li>\n
- Drafting engaging posts, stories, and reels for our Instagram, Facebook
\nand LinkedIn pages<\/li>\n - Writing event descriptions if needed<\/li>\n
- Creative writing is encouraged (for example, bringing back the old
\ntradition of an AEGEE-Budapest Newsletter)<\/li>\n - Attending WG meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
